Dear [NERC Users]

We hope you and your team had a wonderful year using NERC resources.  We have two announcements that need your attention:

(1) The Winter Recess runs from December 23rd to January 2nd. As part of our efforts to keep NERC services running successfully, the NERC team will monitor only for emergencies during this time. Other general questions/individual tickets will be held until we return on Jan. 3rd, 2023. Staff will respond to messages received during the closure as soon as possible upon return. We appreciate your great patience in these responses over the holiday break.

(2) Early next year, we will announce the availability of a new NERC offering of a cloud development Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) solution based on Red Hat’s OpenShift Container Platform that provides isolated, multi-tenant containers for application development and deployment. These new offerings further elevate overall NERC’s goals around building a secure, reliable, and cost-effective on-prem cloud computing platform for research and teaching.
