DESCRIPTION:Upcoming MGHPCC (Holyoke) Annual Power Shutdown [May 22\, 2024 8:00 AM ET - May 28\, 2024 8:00 PM ET] (multi-day) \nDue to the annual MGHPCC (Holyoke data center) and other maintenance activities\, New England Research Cloud (NERC) services will be unavailable from Wednesday\, May 22nd\, 8 AM until Tuesday\, May 28th\, 8 PM. While the timing is not ideal due to the long Memorial Day weekend\, it is necessary due to upgrades on related core services such as networking and the Northeast Storage Exchange (NESE). \nNERC services that will be impacted include: \n\nNERC's RedHat OpenStack\nNERC's RedHat OpenShift\, which includes the Red Hat OpenShift AI (RHOAI) platform.\nNERC supporting services ColdFront and RegApp\n\nDue to the long holiday weekend\, our goal is to resume full services by the end of Tuesday\, May 28th\, at 8 PM or earlier. Please refer to the timeline below for details: \n \nNOTICES \n- This outage affects all services and resources in the MGHPCC/Holyoke data center which include NERC’s core services and underlying compute\, storage and networking. \n- The estimated time for power-up and return to full service is 8 PM on Tuesday\, May 28th.
